Wow you dominated that fight. The guy had no chance agianst that speed and aggression. You can see the strong spiritual aspect of taekwondo is inside the fighter in the blue.
I would be interested to see some more sparring from Action Sports SA that involved punching and no body protector (more along the lines of generic Kickboxing, if you could imagine it).

WTF style taekwondo is 50 years old or so, and since then its become an almost fully competition based MA. during this time, hands up has been experimented with a number of times, each time the person trying it has lost, because in tkd competition, hands up = suicidal. moment you bring them up, the opponent will multiple midesction kick you about 3/4 times, competition over. KOs in comparison are a very small risk.
