'Slow, shambling idiots'. Hmmm, that description fits my beloved Coventry City back four. I now realise why the midfield are nowhere to be seen when they are under the cosh.
There was a too much crackling--was that to simulate old film or was there a problem with the audio?--and it made it hard to hear the narration clearly.
Good costuming and acting, and good use of a 1970s sans serif font. An overly-present-day font would have irreparably destroyed the mood for me.
The sudden loud bit at the end was out of place with the premise. That's more of a 1990s/2000s movie trailer shtick than a 1970s British public information film style.
Thanks! The crackling was deliberate - some of the old public info films on UK tv in the 70's were in a terrible state when it came to transmission. I couldn't help the bit at the end. My sick streak runs to think.

Useful film.
I knew someone like that it took me ages to realise he was a zombie. Gave him a few whacks with a spade and that put an end to the bloody freak.
