No. 1 i agree, a must have. Legian/kuta beach is nice but trawangan beaches are much better. Tip: visit the cooking school in ubud. If you wanna see a bit more nature then visit a rew days lombok and travel to the waterfalls in the middle.
Don't get set up by the Balinese police, like what has happened to many tourists, including one in particular, who had 4.2 kgs of grass planted in her bag (by the Bali police), was sentenced to 20 years in prison, and then became subject to a media smear campaign, in her homeland of Australia, designed to con Australians into believing she's actually guilty.

There's been lots of corruption by legal personnels which have consequently sentenced many innocent tourists to prison!
