i work at mcdalnad's and they put me 1st window send day working ,i work counter,second window,first window,french fry duty, and have only not been closing for 3 days my entire time working ,that means cleaning play land ,lobby,and taking shit from the costumers and if the customer complains if goes on the cashiers hands even if it wasn't your mistake .I know how you feel message me back if you want to talk about it

@sweetnshy23 Well, I have a new dilemma now. Now they always put me in drive-thru and I never get put on counter. I don't absolutely love counter, but I don't like getting put in drive-thru everyday because it's getting really cold outside and also because most of the days I work, we're just not busy in general and counter has more things to do when he or she is not busy.

u train the noobs but still work all these sections. then theres team coordinator. kind of like a manager but not quite. then theres swing manager. lowest manager form. then theres 2nd assistant manager, assistant manager, administrative advisor, store manager, store owner (if its a franchise) and if not then the next level is head office.

we dont really flip burgers at mcdonalds. they cook on both sides at once. at you dont get promoted from section to section. you start working front cash and if they think ur ready then u go to drive through and if u want to then u can learn kitchen but youre still the same position. its called "Crew" and the next level is crew trainer.
