everybody who has had a "special infected" in the safe roomthe reason is is because the dude in the church is infected and when you open it

(depending on time) he willl talk about what he'll be open at the right time and you may get a smoker, at the wrong you'll get a "boomer" simple AI really just code changing to remove the infected and the other too put another in its place

in i think it's 2nd level of 2nd campaign ( forgot the name of it(anyway the level with the crazy guy in the church)) after the crazy guy rang the bell i opend the safe room door and ther was a boomer in it for soom reason and i reacted too quickly and killed it not remebering that it would cause a horde. that was funny.

once when me and my friend were playing the 2nd level in the no mercy campaign and a smoker ran into the safe room and i shut the door. then my friend needed ammo and went in there to get it. since he was new to the game he tried to get out but i kept shutting the door while he tried to open it then finnally he killed it

I remember the first time I ran through this in the full version of the game. After playing through the demo hundreds of times I eagerly set up a single player session on expert. I got to this part, with all my teammates dead. I ran into this room not realizing that the level was extended, and just as I was about to rejoice, a tank pussywhipped me right in the chops!!! I nearly cried!

Great techno song, and yeah this tottaly is the demo, they exeeded the safe house in that level, you gotta run down a hall, go downstairs and run down a long street with a hord. Or you just jump out the window, take some damage and be halfway down the street already. And the shotgun accuracy sign is diffrent in the original.

I was doing beta and when then car alarm went off on first level i opened the safe room door and a boomer popped out in front of me and exploded, he was inside the room before we even opened it or anything. this was on 360 not pc so it cant be modded...we all almost died right in front of the safe room when the horde came lol
