there are too many country ppl come into the city looking for work after the farming season ... and majority of them cant read or have lil education. The only thing for all these clean city program reach to those who cant read is by the comedy.
this is just comedy. but the actual thing is difference. PP city is not clean everywhere. and the environment is bad... how can i praise pp government.
We as Cambodian who live in the United States are so proud to see our Khmer people in Cambodia are trying to clean up our country for safety, beauty, and sanitary. Please keep up the great work.
