My job is in commercial aircraft and neither main engines or undercarriage were found. All passengers at back of the aircraft making phone calls to loved ones (approx 8 tonnes of human cargo) would have totally imbalanced the pitch of the aircraft outside the control of the stab trim system making it very difficult to fly

Aircraft are NOT designed to fly with all passengers crammed in the back and if you have a look at some photos of aircraft sat on their ass on the tarmac you can see just what happens to the balance even when loading cargo. The FAA grants a Certificate of Airworthiness if the aircraft meets the required standards.
@Flow198812 As for me mentioning the safe flying, I was saying 8 tonne of humans in the back of the relatively long fuselage of a 757 will create a large tail heavy moment that would cause havoc with pitch control so much so that the stab trim system will have big trouble coping with if it could cope which I doubt it. Therefore the aircraft is deemed unsafe to fly, which means even a well trained pilot will have trouble flying into the side of the Pentagon.
@Flow198812 By the way it is quite normal for a commercial aircraft to fly with a "ballast" when flying empty of passengers or freight. Did you know that? Probably not. The ballast is often just bags of rocks, sand and a few times I have seen a massive pile of unsold newspapers in a container. The ballast is usually put in the back of the aircraft and it's weight depends on the aircraft type as the same weight gives differing moments (I guess I've lost you), but 100 passengers is 8 tonne!

@rhonieme Listen closely. 1. The military when you got disabled gives you a percentage. That percentage is based how much you get in your paycheck so 30% medical retirement at $3000 would be $1000/month. Now if you got the 100% medical retirement you keep the $3000. 2. If you appeal the decision which I did you go through Med Board. They can either increase or decrease the decision in my case increased to full 100%. You can even have a JAG Officer come with you to help appeal.
@rhonieme 3. Once you are got your disablility percentage you get your discharge papers and get a new ID Card if they gave you medical retirement percentage. 4. You apply for VA benefits. 5. You get a VA Percentage which could be different from Military decision. In some cases I have seen 100% Medical Retirement with 60% from VA. 6. You can appeal for higher percentage and best bet is use DAV, they can find things which are normally overlooked by VA.
@TheStormchaser1 7. If you recieve both a NAVY and VA check, VA cuts X amount of dollars if you recieve both. So a person with $3000 from military would not get a VA Check but still have 100% Service Connection. And, a person with $2000 from military will recieve around $640. 8. If you have 100% Service Connection from VA you can also apply for SSD, Social Security Disability.

@SherryeMance No this was in Military when they gave me 60%. I appealed it and Med Board at NNMC Bethesda approved me at 100%. So either way I was medically retired when I got out. Since it was above the 30%.

@rhonieme We are talking back in 1996. This was close to 15 years now. Military back when I was in gave a percentage if you were getting out on Medical. You could have appealed the decision by Medical Board. You go in front of Captain's and Admiral's and appeal their decision. Then, when you are Medically Discharged or Retired you had to apply for VA Benefits and they gave you a percentage again you could appeal to get a higher percentage.

My job is in commercial aircraft and neither main engines or undercarriage were found. All passengers at back of the aircraft making phone calls to loved ones (approx 8 tonnes of human cargo) would have totally imbalanced the pitch of the aircraft outside the control of the stab trim system making it very difficult to fly

Aircraft are NOT designed to fly with all passengers crammed in the back and if you have a look at some photos of aircraft sat on their ass on the tarmac you can see just what happens to the balance even when loading cargo. The FAA grants a Certificate of Airworthiness if the aircraft meets the required standards.

@Flow198812 As for me mentioning the safe flying, I was saying 8 tonne of humans in the back of the relatively long fuselage of a 757 will create a large tail heavy moment that would cause havoc with pitch control so much so that the stab trim system will have big trouble coping with if it could cope which I doubt it. Therefore the aircraft is deemed unsafe to fly, which means even a well trained pilot will have trouble flying into the side of the Pentagon.

@Flow198812 By the way it is quite normal for a commercial aircraft to fly with a "ballast" when flying empty of passengers or freight. Did you know that? Probably not. The ballast is often just bags of rocks, sand and a few times I have seen a massive pile of unsold newspapers in a container. The ballast is usually put in the back of the aircraft and it's weight depends on the aircraft type as the same weight gives differing moments (I guess I've lost you), but 100 passengers is 8 tonne!

To recieve VA Benefits you need to have gotten disabled when you were in.

@rhonieme Listen closely. 1. The military when you got disabled gives you a percentage. That percentage is based how much you get in your paycheck so 30% medical retirement at $3000 would be $1000/month. Now if you got the 100% medical retirement you keep the $3000. 2. If you appeal the decision which I did you go through Med Board. They can either increase or decrease the decision in my case increased to full 100%. You can even have a JAG Officer come with you to help appeal.

@rhonieme 3. Once you are got your disablility percentage you get your discharge papers and get a new ID Card if they gave you medical retirement percentage. 4. You apply for VA benefits. 5. You get a VA Percentage which could be different from Military decision. In some cases I have seen 100% Medical Retirement with 60% from VA. 6. You can appeal for higher percentage and best bet is use DAV, they can find things which are normally overlooked by VA.

@TheStormchaser1 7. If you recieve both a NAVY and VA check, VA cuts X amount of dollars if you recieve both. So a person with $3000 from military would not get a VA Check but still have 100% Service Connection. And, a person with $2000 from military will recieve around $640. 8. If you have 100% Service Connection from VA you can also apply for SSD, Social Security Disability.

NNMC Bethesda was the most unguarded base in the United States when that bomb blew off. Prior to 9/11 anyone could have walked in and walked out with no questions asked. There was no fence and no guard shack.

@rhonieme We are talking back in 1996. This was close to 15 years now. Military back when I was in gave a percentage if you were getting out on Medical. You could have appealed the decision by Medical Board. You go in front of Captain's and Admiral's and appeal their decision. Then, when you are Medically Discharged or Retired you had to apply for VA Benefits and they gave you a percentage again you could appeal to get a higher percentage.

If people do not apply for a grant with someone in the government it is definatly a scam. Retirement is after serving the 20-year or 25 depending on rank at the time of ended service. Number two...the only one that states he created the suicide program is not noted in any documents supplied by the military, obit, nor media...which the media was investigating Boorda for suspected false claims of medals.

@rhonieme A Sea Daddy is an Executive Officer which was Admiral Mike Boorda who took me under his wing and taught me how to become a better sailor and guided me on becoming a future CNO of the NAVY. When the bomb blew off I was accepted into OCS. I was going for JAG.
The .38 was his, and his .45 and .38 were at Potomac Arms. The one thing interesting which one person found was 2 9mm which were an inch away from each other in his heart. Now suicide could NEVER do that.

I served my country with great respect....and was MEDICALLY DISCHARGED after receiving sever bodily injuries while on my tour in Iraq stationed at Q-West...Key West as known by those that served there...rather wish is was club med-at least we could have ordered alchol. Weapons that are not used do not require weekly cleanings.

@rhonieme I have a retired Uniformed Services ID card. If you have one that is Medical Retirement meaning 30% or above. Actually my rate they can call me back in.
Does not need an Act of Congress to call you back in.
If you go back to college do what I did a Dual Bachelor's Degree. Psychology and Criminal Justice. They work well together. And, have time 3 years of Law School.
Graduated from High School at 13. I have a 140 IQ.

My percentage started at 75 after surgeries and reconstruction my dis is now at 35 and is evaluated every 18 to two years depending. Call you back when they "feel" like is false.
