Yeah, the bass has that extreme mid-range, Jaco tone (probably using the bridge pickup only). She nails it! Never misses a beat or an anticipated note...not too easy to do in the crazy-ass time signature. I'd have to really focus to pull that off.

A man would have to be a prick (not to mention completely ignorant) not to like that bass. She's stoked! Look at some of the other people she's played with. The list is long, and distinguished!

The bass has a unique tone that cuts through everything beautifully. Her touch is great and I still cant believe a girl can play bass like that. I dont agree with what you said. I think that bass sounds amazing.

Why can't you believe that a woman can play bass "like that?" There are a lot of newly emerging female musicians on the par with their male counterparts who are not as visible. More will be on stages soon...

I hope so. I don't meet enough female musicians, though i know some great. I hate hearing people describe them as playing 'like a guy', and i am a guy. Oh well... this is awesome
