haha Well lucid dreams are good in that you can really do whatever you want without any repercussions. So I'd say it's the best place to toy with ideas!

Haha, I learned so much! I have lucid dreams almost everytime I dream, I'd call myself quite an expert :) The only thing that sucks is...when I have a bad dream...I'm so into feeling the fear and my adrenaline is pumping, that even though I know I'm dreaming, I HAVE to know how it ends...I can't wake myself up...or change anything! It's crazy...

That is really bizarre...Haha if I had to suggest how to lucid dream more..I'd say, when you realize you're dreaming, try and stay calm, just kind of pretend it's like you're imagining something...and throughout the day, try and let your imagination run wild every once in a while. Close your eyes and imagine something as best you can, I think this helps the most with my lucid dreams Haha my imagination is waaayyyy to vivid...and I daydream WAY too much Haha
Yeah actually, one of the focuses of psychological studies on lucid dreams was to help people who have horrible nightmares. I haven't had the experience you've described yet, but it sounds like a handy tool when you're about to get eaten by Ronald McDonald or something haha.
A) EVERYONE can dream, sweetcheeks! You just don't remember them, which you can improve if you so choose, You'd be surprised what you could come up with in your dreams lol.
B) I have quite a vivid imagination as well, but nothing is as powerful as actually experiencing it, which is basically what you do in your dreams. KEEP A DIARY

Most of my dreams are bad. When I become aware I'm dreaming, I will myself to wake up. This applies to good dreams as well.

I've never really bothered with trying to have a lucid dream.
A) I can't dream.
B) My imagination is SUPER visual, and it doesn't require sleep. So its kinda much more awesome.
