I remember reading somewhere that when the beatles or stones appeared in a theater the place stunk of urine where the girls had peed themselves. I remember when they appeared in Indianapolis the girls ate the grass they walked on. Ya just dont see that kind of mania anymore.

I remember when all the girls had "big hair". Man do I miss those days. For us that grew up in the 60', there will never be another musical era like that.

Brings back memories of when I first saw "Hard Days Night." After hearing the spots on WLS read live by Art Roberts I decided I must see this new rock group from England. Me and a high school friend went to, I think it was the Chicago Theater or maybe the State Lake...anyway for $1.50 I saw some good entertainment and good clean fun on the screen. Got a kick out of Paul's 'Grandfather.' Wish it were in color but still a good mix of American rock 'n roll with a taste of British skiffle.

the trouble with seeing a Beatles show live, like actually there wouldve been all the silly little girls screaming as they had orgasms on the seats. yeah they did, the cleaners always found wet knickers under the seats.

@lazyishardwork Yeah, that's funny. A lot of girls had seizures and fainted, and it can be shown in the Shea stadium concert. They also used to fight, and one time two girls broke out into a fight and they were both ejected.

@radekbayek Although giving 10 years may sound like a good idea, the sound of the concert wouldn't. See them would be what you'd be paying for because all you'd hear is screaming. That's one of the reasons (the shear bordom, fear of assasination being others) they hung it up and I don't blame them one bit. I'm surprised they did it as long as they did, though the money must have been good.
