these are when sounds systems had a real meaning 3 separate units to set up and u cud split them on 3 different amplifiers and tune the system your self to the type of music being played.
now all u gotta do is plug it into a laptop and boom your done its all set up for you.
im all for technology but sometimes its made us lazy and taken the fun out of putting up a real P.A system :)
