It's actually quite usefull.

You can pick up a right-handed guitar, turn it and you can play it!

And, we who play guitar righthanded can pick up her guitars, turn it and play it like normal right-handed guitars.

that's what i meant, as in, you get a right-handed guitar, switch up the strings, hold the neck with your left hand (wich means the strings and guitar are upside down, if you'd hold the neck with your right arm)
