I like the "non-simultaneously" reference! The world is hurtling around the sun, which is hurtling around our galactic center, so it doesn't make much sense to me that an event in the past could be, or not be relevant now.
Since we are all sharing information so rapidly, relevance of events changes quickly. I like Tolle who helps me focus on the present moment and little else.
I like how he says don't fully believe in your own belief system. There's alot of wisdom to be had in that. Often enough I find myself criticizing last years ideas.
You're missing the point entirely, and are just the sort of person he's talking about. The goal is to be skeptical, and that includes being skeptical of ONE'S OWN beliefs. There are gradations of certainty, of confidence in beliefs, and to have the needle pegged at 100% certain of all sorts of things (which I suspect you do) is the mark of an inferior mind.

I never denied that Leary was influenced by Crowley, what I deny is that this is anything particularly insideous. Crowley wasn't a satanist, he rarely even mentioned satan, and probably didn't even believe in him. Satan is an invention of Christianty. I never denied that Leary was influenced by Crowley, what I deny is that this is anything particularly insideous. Crowley wasn't a satanist, he rarely even mentioned satan, and probably didn't even believe in him. Satan is an invention of Christianty. Crowley hated Christianity and sometimes promoted a devilish persona to provoke and oppose it.

You can "prove" almost anything you want with number patterns, and this gets back to the whole point of this video in the first place. I think an easy way to simplify it. There's a difference between a belief system that comes from the mind of intention, and the heart of emotional/higher intention. One of them has to go. Logical people tend to live in the past. The brain is a polarized mechanical device for navigating the 3rd dimensional reality, and also for making judgements, ie; good or evil, should or shouldn't.. polarized.
