Bison isn't just spamming Psycho Crusher. If you watch closely CE Bison can cross-up with Psycho Crusher by hitting them with the tail end, which they FIXED after Hyper Fighting unfortunately. :(

You can still cross up with Psycho Crusher it's just not such a huge hit box behind him.
