Not surprising at all. Spread this video to everyone you know. Let's get it to the Hollywood crowd, Ted Kennedy, and everyone who has fallen in love with the rhetoric of an extremist in reaction to the other extremist currently in Our White House. His speeches- their tone, reminds me of several evil dictators past and present. If it looks too good to be true...If it SOUNDS too good to be true.. Please, help keep him from being in our White House. It belongs to us, the people, remember?
Our whitehouse? It is of masonic origin and belongs to whoever the CFR, Trilateral Commission and the International Bankers select to be put there. Your vote and your opinion means exactly squat. Go try to demand they make a change and find out how persuasive you really are.
Obama talks of hope: I keep hoping this is all some bad dream and I'll just wake up! You know the kind of nightmare when you keep trying to scream for help and nothing comes out!!! DEAN! PELOSI!!! DNC!!!...if a tree falls in the forest.......
The scariest part of this -- Obama was responsible for crafting a bill to regulate nuclear industries and their responsibility to notify communities about accidents and leaks. One of his biggest supporters is Excelon and they "helped" him with the Bill -- all the guts were removed until it became a worthless piece of paper and was never signed into law anyway. Nevertheless, any Senator who is going to craft legislation on nuclear waste and accidents sure as heck should know about Hanford.
I would suggest that we all send clips of this to the elected officials in Oregon and Washington who have endorsed Obama.
Although there is heavy competition in the Obama gaffe department (57 states. The Great Lakes of Oregon. President in Canada, etc.), I would say that his Hanford gaffe is the worst one yet.
Great video, since when do you go campaign in a State without knowing anything about the great environmental issues there. I suppose he relies on indie bands, and media hype, and his sweetie smile to get away with a total lack of homework.
Shut up were you actually at his speech in Pendleton no I was he knew what he was talking about throughout his speech. Its been months since the speech dont you think hes learned a bit since that day also where do you get off saying oregonians all listen to indie bands of course we must be a bunch of pot smokin kayakers who rock out to radiohead also he just won the presidency so I guess his sweetie smile did win it for him
Hope instead of substance. Hope instead of leadership. Hope instead of experience. Realize that change can also mean that things change to something worse than what we have now...........
Well, Obama is just tired and forgot that he knows something about it. At least in 2005 he knew enough to VOTE FOR A BILL CONCERNING ITS CLEAN UP! And not present this time, he voted for it. I mean, doesn't he read the bills he votes for? And puts on his website?
I guess he must have seen the rest of the senate voting for it so he just used his superior Judgement to Lead and followed along.
Obama admits he's cluless and his supporters clap. We are totally boned if he becomes president.
They are called Obamatrons. He can crap on the stage, and to the Obamatrons it would be an offering of hope and change. Fear them. And vote vote vote against their messiah. And tell everyone you know to do so.
yeah, people who don't live in WA don't talk about it a lot, but it's an issue like Yucca Mountain in Nevada - a big issue to the locals. If you're going to visit an area, you should probably read up on what's going on. :)
You, unlike him, didn't vote on the issue. You, unlike him, didn't run for office during your first term. You and he, unlike McCain, aren't qualified to be president.

Nader/Gonzalez know about Hanford and all issues of today.
They have realistic solution to the problems we face. No wonder corporate media ignores them.
To Americans if you are not on TV you do not matter. So or undemocratic, corporate media controlled elections are a joke.

See this is what happens when a man is elected a senator, and almost instantly starts running for president.

I love how people start to applaud when he says that he knows nothing about it and is confused.
The man could say ANYTHING and the nuts who back him would have been jumping up and down cheering.

"Wooooooooo!"
Kind of encapsulates Obama's candidacy in a nutshell. For me, anyway.

Thats dangerous... esp since his campaign is supposed to have a large organization there.
Obama is NOT prepared to lead us into a transition toward a sound energy policy.

I'd even say Obama isn't even prepared to lead pre-schoolers across the street.
