  • 9/10/11-A great day to be alive!

  • Comment removed

  • this would be great footage if there were to ever be a movie made about him

  • Greatest performer ever...

Night before 9/ 11 the day USA change forever, but not the world.

  • #1 Artist Forever

  • Did you film Black Or White?

  • Amazing footage, thanks for sharing.

  • I would have been losing my mind if I were in the front row.

  • This is really good quality for amateur footage in 2001.

  • @portrartist huh??? you must be a kid. They had camcorders in the 80s with better quality.

  • @Jsd8675 Oh yeah, pardon me. I'm only 12 for thinking this was really good quality in 2001. Lol, give me a break.

  • @portrartist Ignore that dumb retarded user. Youre probably 13 now arent you? They can always edit the quality of this video. I'm 21 & I wouldve been screaming like crazy in the front row myself. I wish I couldve been there, met & got an autograph by him. The vibe in that building was very electrifying. He performed two nights there in NY. Sept. 7& 10th of 2001.

  • @Jsd8675 LMFAO Hell no. There was no camcorder in the 80s that had better quality than this unless it was the best damn camcorder available at the time, and even then they're comparable at best. This is probably close to the best fucking quality you could get back in 2001, next to the cameras news reporters had.

  • @johnnyf19 Bitch you dont know fuckin shit cunt!

  • and then da next day

  • That is one interesting angle!

  • I Love MJ

  • Hot damn love and miss Michael. Thanks.

  • @SmoothCriminal2506 9/11 when the twin towers fell, most people know about it,this was the day BEFORE they fell and where hit by a plane and thousands of people died :( He was the last to be in MSG before those towers fell (I live in New York)

  • This was the last Billie Jean performance. 5:18 was the last moonwalk front of the live audience.

  • wow

  • The seats where horriable but i never been in the same room with Michael Jackson so your blessed i would have killed to be there.

  • One day before it happened :'( and it was bad also Michael was the last on to perform In MSG before it happened :l

  • Poucos artistas conseguem fazer isso..... levar o público ao êxtase.....eu queria estar lá *-*

  • I find it sad that most likely some of the audience worked at the WTC the next day. Its like they had one last night of fun and excitement before.... yea

  • the greatest of all

  • Nobody is perfect, but Michael came damn close!

  • awesome i wish i were you

  • 3:27 ele é o rei !!!!!!

  • can u believe that the next day 9/11 happened OMG

  • his back is awesome too

  • the greatest artist, dancer, singer, composer ever ever lived !!!

  • Am I the only one who thinks that CBS really butchered the audio? Man I wish it would've sounded like this just remastered. You can hear so much synthesizer in the amateur clips.

  • @CHRISGT34 late answer, but thats okay..

I totally agree. Besides the synthesizer, the drums had it's balls cut off in the TV version.

  • @okologiskegg Yes now that you mention it, the strength of the drums during this concert were very strong. How could I have missed how weak they were during airing on TV.

  • @CHRISGT34 Yeah, it's almost like if CBS wanted him to look bad. Not only is the sound really lame, the aired dancebreak suffers from horrible editing. Or is it just me?

  • @okologiskegg Yes the editing was terrible. They should have just showed the concert concert as it was. Who's choice was it to mix different days in the same broadcast and air it on tv with poor sound? It doesn't make sense.

  • @CHRISGT34 No, I agree with you. THey ever cut out the dance break in The Way You Make Me Feel in the very same broadcast. When I think about it, none of MJs televised concerts is as good as they should be. HIStory in Munich is of very high quality both picture and audio-vise, but Michael wasn't at his best that night. And the other concerts suffer from destroyed sound. Not as destroyed as in this one though.

If only they released Bad Tour 2nd leg on Blu-ray...

  • @okologiskegg Man oh man I used to think History Tour Munich was so awesome until I saw amateur concerts and saw how much more energy he had. Most of MJs History Tour concerts sound strange. Like they have been warped or something. Even the concerts that people say have great quality are still not what they should be sound wise. A lot of concerts have clear clean sound, but the range of the instruments are poor. Probably due to stupid mono processing. :( I also think some are intentional....

  • @okologiskegg Have you gotten hold of the History Tour Tunis concert. It's the first time it has been aired, and guess what, we get a shitty ass copy of it. It's terrible, and people even had to do their own editing to it just to improve it. And the sound has noise in it and it's in mono. I was highly anticipating the greatness of this concert, and I was quite disappointed.

  • @CHRISGT34 Yea, I totally agree. Munich is amazing sound-wise, the drums and the synthesizer shines in that one. But after I saw the concerts Copenhagen, Manila, Auckland og Brunei in particular, I realized that Michael was very tired in Munich. If Sony ever intend to release a HIStory concert on Blu-ray/DVD, it's got to be the Brunei one. The Bad tour however, needs to be released on Blu-Ray. Hopefully a concert from the first Amercian leg, where everything was live! Even SC, TWYMMF and MITM.

  • THX TylersMusic10 =)

  • people are crazy !!! this man is a genius

  • I dont remember that 2nd moonwalk in 5:17 on tv ???

  • @force9169 This was a two concert show, this performance is a mix of Billie Jean from the first and second night, they edited them together for tv purposes.

  • merci c'est génial

  • U all are just praisin him cuz he's dead!!

  • wooww 5:15 he still could do that!

  • Some people on this concdert probably died the next day....

  • @okologiskegg Possibly true but not deserved to die the way they should :(

  • that sucks. your all happy cause u got to see mj's concert then the next morning over over 2000 ppl die :(

  • the best performer of all time

  • "who'll dance, on the flore, in the round"

"People allways told me, be careful what you do, don't go around breakin young girl's hearts"

Its just ELECTRIFYING how the whole arena sings along here! You cant hear this on the pro shot we know. I wish so bad I could have been there. Unfortunately I was only 10 back then :(

  • so?

  • lol how the fuck are yall sitting behind the stage? worst seats in the entire arena that night lol

  • lol what are you talking about

Worst seats? they got the best view - they got to stare at michaels sweet ass all night!

  • u got bad seats thats so sad ;( if i was there ill just push the people so i can be at the front , yelling trying to get mj look at me lol

  • sound and fell so real thank you

  • Damn they don't even have a screen to look at, LOL

  • maybe the worst seats, but YOU WERE THERE!!

  • lol those were worst seats, thats like being backstage almost lol

  • @pacboy24 They may be kind of bad but bankman58 got a good view of his moonwalk, and his hat routine

  • @pacboy24 I dont think there all that bad, granted you dont actually see him at bits but when you do your alot closer than those at the back

  • Talk about bringing back memories!! I remember this time in my life with great fondness...

  • wow you got bad seats that sucks =(

  • At least he didn't do Thriller that night, who knows what would have happened the next day. Also what did he throw into the audience at the end, the microphone?

  • Nops, at the end of Billie Jean, except the Motown 25 performance,he throws teh aht at the audience. Over here,I mean in Romania xD at the concert in 92, ppl ripped that hat in two O_O

  • his last billie jean performance ever :(
