If you read naruto book 27. Close to the end,you see Kakashi's squad member obito die and he lost his right eye during the battle against ninja from the clay village. So Obito did some kinda jutsu and gave Kakashi his left eye. But don't ask me about his dad. I don't know anything about that. Most of the naruto world is nothing but orphans basically.
