@peanutbrittle50 Thanks! I'm not really sure exactly what lead to it other than the fact that we're star wars fans, and we often make up ridiculous lyrics to melodies or change lyrics to songs. But I don't know where the connection came from. :) Glad you like it though!

@MitsuCat2 The Star Wars clips are a little shaky, but we didn't add that. We just had a bit of an issue converting the video file... but I guess it helps add to the hand held camera look of Parks and Rec now that you mention it. :)

Someone showed me the parody and I'd never seen the original show. It's a jaunty little tune, but you've taken it to the next level. I'm glad the writers of the show like it, because I think it's a classicaly inventive piece of fun that Youtube was made for.
