I have flown on JAL and it was fantastic. Truly enjoyable.

Eventhough I was in economy class, they make you feel like a 1st class passenger. The Japanese do it right .... wish North American airlines would learn from them.

JAL is the best air line I have ever been, grate food it was free bar the guy beside me got drunk but he was nice. the other airlines gives you peanuts I mean literally they give you a small bag of peanuts.

I don't know if you're whiteman, but I can tell you this, I've been on United for couple of times but those White women (stewardess) have no heart to serve us, they're sloth and their attitude is negative. Particularly I felt that they're somewhat reluctant to serve Asian passengers. TO SERVE OTHER PEOPLE... IT'S NOT IN THE BLOOD OF A WHITEMEN & WOMEN. Period.

All international airlines, but American carriers (UA, AA, DL, CO, etc) dont have that customer service that other airlines do. Customer service is a primary and priority when hiring crew member, or ground staff. Unfortunately, US carriers are at the lowest speaking of custumer service...

Hi Nicky america. ANA before is only a domestic airliner here in Japan, but, then ANA or ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS has now international routes. while JAL is our country's national carrier and owned by the government, I go for JAL. but ANA's aircrafts are very child friendly. becouse, soem aircrafts of ANA has some POKEMON design, Dragonball, Hello Kitty, Disney charatcers. and many.

By the way, there was delightful TV comedy drama series on Japanese TV in 2006 about a young boisterous teenage girl and her struggles to become a well-mannered JAL cabin attendent. This series caught my heart...

i am Japanese. i know what im talking about and i always ride JAL. the last time I rode was last April 6 and there are major changes because of restructuring.. JAL service is one of the best, but what im saying is the THAI atendants are not good.

SQ is the best airline. they re 5 star. if our airlines is the best, then why wont we get a 5star? and do you know what s happening today in JAL here in Japan now? ANA has become far way better than JAL.

I love JAL girls.. they are always perfectly dressed, they dont make you feel like you are imposing on them to ask for another drink. JAL is the best airline, free movies, good food even in the cheap seats, great pilots that thank you for trusting them with your lives.. great staff at Narita Airport.
