Her name can only be written in one way, and that's フランドール. No matter how you choose to transliterate it, it'll never become "Frandle", "Flandle" or "Flandre". Those are unofficial, fanon adaptions of her name.

"Furando-ru", "Furandooru", "Furandouru" are all correct. The ones you have mentioned, "Flandre" in particular, are widely accepted fan adaptions of her name.
