...about the lockout. You'll see a chat log that actually says that they were communicating with Korea over the issue. And with the amount of time that it took, you can bet your sweet ass that Korea had a hard time with it too, not to mention the time it would take for the fix to be analyzed, tested, retested, confirmed, and sent to the NA division. NOBODY THINKS OF THAT. And intuition tells me that it was probably more complicated than that.
...make the game, and furthermore, a development team (under Nexon, so that I don't get flamed =_=) (DevCAT) actually made the game. If something glitches up, it's an issue with the code, which is attributed automatically (atleast, with a sensible person) to DevCAT. Nobody even stops to think that they were communicating with Korea at the time, but instead continued to rinse and repeat the same damn thing in the forums about Nexon brushing it aside. Go to (mabidata.net). Check out a forum...

You're complaining of stuff that's been FIXED. Granted, you can (sorta) complain about hacking, and as for the rollback, that's a major and unprecedented hacking incident that couldn't have been prevented because there was no well-known prior knowledge. The rollback was the only option at that point, or would have you preferred it if the economy went to Hell?
I've been playing since g2. i fell in love with this game. i played it all one summer when i was in a depression and it brought lots of fond memories. but sadly i knew that the game would only get worse and worse, and i quit after g12... still can't find anything to replace it though.
this song is perfect! mabinogi has had such downtimes D: i guess its better now, but i wouldn't know because i got hacked last month and can no longer log in :T 3 years and a whole lot of cash down the drain :( anyways thanks for making this video it cheered me up in a weird way o3o
