@GROUP1GAV Judging from the tags on this, and if my memory serves correctly, this video is from the DVD of Michael Moore's documentary Slacker Uprising. Which was released in 2008. As for where and when the actual show took place, maybe the OP has more info... the documentary uses clips from several similar concerts and rallies that occurred at 'college towns' in 'swing states', just prior to the 2004 US presidential election.

@GROUP1GAV Actually, it's just 'Yusuf'. Much like "Cat Stevens" was a 'professional name' or 'stage name', he now only uses his first name for performing. And while it may be mere semantics, to some, the complications with Romanization of Arabic names is ostensibly the reason that he was denied entry to the U.S. -- since the Arabic version of "Joseph' can actually be written in dozens of 'Westernized' variants. Though everyone knows the soundtrack for Harold & Maude was the REAL reason.
