Althazar,I think I'll punish you with some of my old "Sacred Songs".Mine are from around 1930.Did you ever hear of the"Deal Family","Bush Brothers"or the Fisk University"Jubillee Singers"?

Fantastic! I would love to hear more. I've not heard of the Deal Family or Bush Bros., but I have heard of the Fisk U. Jubilee Singers. I have a bunch from the teens and 1920's, but they're not really my favorites like I thought they would be when I bought them. Most of those are just too serious and dramatic in they're style of singing. Homer Rodeheaver is one artist I have a lot of, but not real interested in playing. I do hope you enjoy the ones I post though.

I'm glad you like it. Gospel and Bluegrass are some of my favorite kinds of music because of the harmonies that are implemented throughout the songs.

Thanks! I'm not really sure, because I found very little info. about this spectacular group. I think it's from the mid 50's though because of the style of the song, and some of the members that were in the group. If anyone can add any more about these guys, it would be appreciated.
