  • Just wanted to thank you for your amazing videos. I watch about 3 or 4 a day. I love the way you explain the material. I'm a nursing student and have another year before I finish. These videos have been more helpful than school itself! Also, I love your accent!

  • hey im studying to become an emt-basic do u have a video on the 5 vitals signs and wat could happen to them if u had something like hypoglycemia,or internal bleeding thanks i hope you get this

  • I have a question....you said that blood viscosity also can -/+ BP. High viscosity means high BP and vise versa. While more liquid, BP drops..isn't that the opposite? I mean if the blood viscosity lvl is high, then there's more particles or solutes and less liquid, correct? So BP lvl should drop. If there's less solutes and more liquid in case of over hydration or fluid overload, then BP is high. I don't know what to follow here.

  • Thanks a lot

  • my bp just now was 150 /106

  • You need to check it over several occasions, not just go from a one off reading. Try to do it at home when you are relaxed as you may be prone to White Coat Syndrome. If its still high you go to your doctor and get a 24 hour ambulatory assessment. If it is still high there are a range of excellent and effective treatment options. Best wishes,

    John
