you could bitch all day long till your blue in the face with att but that wont help you any the only way you would get a new phone from att is if the 2 refurbs they sent you did not work right then after that they would let you pick a brand new phone that you wanted

thats right after i called in because the keys were sticking (blackjack) they told me about the recall. waited about two days and to my surprise they sent out the blackjack 2
