When ever I hear an American Senator or a TV show pundit talk about health care My first reaction is to laugh but then I think of what it would be like to have no health care. I live in Canada and, while our health care system isn't perfect, it is better than the American "system". I can go to any Dr. any time and so can my kids and I DO NOT HAVE TO PAY. It comes out of my taxes. I will never have to claim bankruptcy because of a Dr. or hospital bill. I wish you folks had a system like ours.
What a demented nutbag. Just another insane liberal who has lost his mind because they're such incompetent screw-ups -- can't even take over the health care industry with whopping majorities in BOTH houses of Congress and a moron in the White House who believes there are 57 states.
Sad and pathetic, but is it any wonder that the United States is hurting when you have psychopaths like this Grayson creep at the helm ??? Liberals are massive screw-ups who run the country into the ground.
What a slimeball democrat, but I repeat my self. Interesting he lumps in numbers of people that OPTED not to have insurance, those eligible for assistance but too lazy to appy, illegal aliens not entitled to ANYTHING, and those making over $70K/yr yet can't afford insurance because they have "too many other bills to pay".
THIS little diatribe to promote a plan that when all is said and done, still does not cover 20 million people.
How about you actually get a job and BUY some health insurance... like the majority of America does. Because what he fails to make clear is that those 40-something thousand people who died didn't have the insurance because they either didn't have a job or didn't have a job that paid enough for health insurance. Thanks for presenting the convenient facts, Alan....
The majority of America gets their health insurance through their sources of employment. Since I'm sure you're well versed in world of "having a job", I'm sure you've done the "job benefits" dance.
>because they either didn't have a job or didn't have a job that paid enough for health insurance.

These people "opted" not to have health care?
That's laughably stupid and dangerously ignorant.
