  • I will be trying this recipe this weekend, but why rinse the turkey after the brine?

  • @janable2000 You want to rinse away the brine which has a lot of salt, and other liquids that came out of the Turkey.

  • Thank you. Will be doing this today. I have a small turkey and place into the brine breast side down. Can you tell me where to get a dual read digital probe? I enjoy your videos and your kitchen.

  • @suunto52 Hi. Thank You for your comments. I bought the Thermometor on eBay - Search for MAVERICK ET 7 WIRELESS BBQ GRILL SMOKER THERMOMETER. It is great! Lots of options!

  • Your Kitchen is beautiful! Where can I buy the grill...? Your'e the consummate professional. What a beautiful back yard! Thanks for the video!!

  • That looks incredible, I have 2 questions, all the recipes I've seen call for a 14 or under pound bird and also not stuffing it. What do you think?

  • @ma5468 Thank you. For the Brine, use the same ratios if you need less. My bird was 23 lbs, and depending on the container, you may need all of it. An unstuffed bird will take less time. I like it stuffed, and my stuffing is so easy. Look for my stuffed pork tenderloin video, as the stuffing recipe is there. Trust me, everyone will love it! Regarless of whether you stuff it or not, use a remote digital temperature probe, and put it in the thickest part of the breast till 165.
