Sure I can, the contraction was mainly due to the unbalanced rate of infrastructure to growth. Instead of keeping ahead of growth with infrastructure, liberal decided to bank my taxes while i sit in morning traffic jams for an hour each day. The economy had to contract, it had nowhere to go.
