The movements are from BK, there are modifications that can be made. There are at least 5 ways that movement 3 can be done, so do not be confused by any variations you may see. cheers
This Video was very very helpful. Thanks You very much for posting it. I just started training from Bruce Frantzis manual and seeing it done from start to finish was very helpful.
thanks for posting, i couldn't remember the routine from nearly 8 years ago, my memory has now been refreshed, looking forward to practicing again, i'm quite worn out watching this though!!
Interesting it seems a lot more forced than how I learned it (the 5th, 6th, & 7th movements). I also was curious about the pooling of energy before the 6th movement. At the time I had only been training for a year so a lot of my focus was on internal distinctions and being soft. Your post are appreciated.
This qi gong can be practiced in a very gentle way, in a kind of looser way. It may seem forced as you say, I can see how you could take idea form the visuals of this video. (I assure you it is not forced) I am adding more compression to the movements, and in this respect I am not demonstrating in a way that I would teach someone who was physically weak or ill. best wishes to all
i learned this sequence years ago but had forgotten it due to getting out of practice. i'm so grateful to see it again in its entirety! incredibly beautiful and powerful presentation.
I've been wanting to see this chi gung in full for ages so thanks for that. Any chance you'll be posting vid's of gods playing in the clouds and bend the bow? that would be cool.

That is beautiful! Are these the same movements in Bruce's Dragon & Tiger Qigong book?

Bei Durchfallbeschwerden sollte man ganz ehrlich den Arzt aufsuchen. Damit ist nicht zu spaßen. Frag wenigstens einen Apotheker...

This looks great, very graceful and focused. I'd love to come to an introduction class, would that be possible?
