I think you have great potential in your voice. The gift if there but the box needs to be unwrapped. Tiffany, you can hit those higher notes with proper training and breathing techniques effortlessly but you have to find a great teacher with the patience and experience to bring it out of you. Believe me, Mariah Carey was only born with the potential to sing just like you. She had to train many hours to be where she is today. I wish you the best of success.
