this song was on "London Calling", unless you are saying people only know that song, but I would argue that "Train in Vain" and "Rock the Casbah", even "Should I Stay..." are more wellknown.

correction, it wasn't Lloyd Price who wrote it - it's an old folk song who has been covered by many, many people in different versions (Lloyd's version was changed too for the American Bandstand show - that wanker). Bob Dylan, Woody Guthrie, Duke Ellington, even Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. The Black Keys just put out a great version too.

many people act like they knew what clash was, but they really arent. this song is frankly, one of the best. open ur eyes, clash arent just about "london calling".
