Spirit of Competition is FoS. (Feats of Strength) Automatically meaning you can't get it any more. Anwho.. You COULD get it from PvPing on 2008's Olympics. Gl with h4xx1ng to it.

You can't level them up. You can make them bigger with an rare item, but they are mostly for the look. Make a HUnter if you want big pet's.
