fiesta broadway used to go from 1st down to olympic,now it's from 1st to 4th.they say it's because of the residents who live in the condos,but yet they have something called the artwalk come once a month with a bunch of drunk ass hipsters and crappy food trucks .

Oh quit with your BS. The majority of those buildings being turned into lofts are old abandoned warehouses. That hardly counts as "gentrification." Native Americans are running casinos and are not being pushed out by white folk moving into downtown LA.
