@gar3th90 yeah, I watched this several times and kept having to replay certain movies portions I did not recognize...untill just now that I clicked on "show more" and that cleared up everything and i was able to see those unknowns name titles and was able to you tube their trailer clips. @mrlujo I agree with Traffic. American Beauty is 99, I believe. Not sure about 8 Mile, and Troy I haven't seen since its release.  Need to check that out again. Crash (I believe you're referencing the 2004 film) is extremely overrated.

@absolutemojo Yeah, now that I think a little more, 8 Mile and Troy were "pretty good" at best...not really all-timers in the sense. And as far as Crash, I liked the truth of it, and symbian circle style direction that gives some meaning to viewers. "Extremely overrated" is a little harsh don't you think?. Also, because at the moment of my post, I was trying to tie together Traffic to Crash because of the Soderbergh connection. I truly liked Traffic that much. Oh yeah,.. American Beauty (99')

The problem I have with this list is that everyone will agree with most of it, and the rest of it is laughable. Saw, 28 Days Later, Dawn/Shaun of the Dead, and Jarhead are all pretty bad movies. That's not to say people don't like to watch them. They are just bad films.

Inglorious Basterds was NOT good. It was cheesy and shamefully unrealistic, even for a historical fiction. Sorry, it just came across as a film made to appeal to people's sympathies for the Holocaust and not as a film with depth.
