Let's beat thecrap out of this lol... Ok from a microbiology type of view. Add sugar help rises the Dow because yeast eat the sugar and produces co2. No sugar works but not as fast. Second thing it is good to mention to have clean hands to avoid nasty bacterias specially when u leave the Dow to rise for 1 hour
The way you explain the procedure is so lovely, "I don't really know how much".."however you want to call it"...."doesn't matter what it says in the recipe"... nicest recipe ever... gonna try it right away, hamburgers on the menu tonight guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
