Any tips for cleaning non-stick pots-pans? They get greasy after deep frying, and don't want to use copper scrub, since will scratch!

No, just stainless steel appliances. AJAX works very well for pots.

For stainless steel pots, Comet powder cleanser or Bon Ami is good too. A little goes a long way.
