This is not truly a plasma guitar, because there is no lightning bolts surging throughout the very guitar walls including in the neck, whereas the one that I am currently building will have green lightning surging throughout the entirety of the guitar's walls. Nice try though. 0w0

This idea is unique in that no one elts dared try it. How ever if it was possible i think it would look much better with the plasma disk in the shape of the Les Paul. That way the whole guitar was alight. It sounds good. I personally would only make the change that i have talked about. Keep going sounds good.

lol.... remember now, 80% of your tone comes from your amp, there are guitars made from stone, and even metal, and of course all kind of compounds. the material of the guitar matters less than you might think

and i say that because guitar pickups do not pick up sound, like a microphone, they are magnets that pick up string vibration...... what does matter about material is sustain. different substances sustain vibration more than others

@gbhunter8 only some. Since it's a form of plastic, you can heat it or add/subtract mass and density from it to where you can get bright like alder or dark like mahogany. It's actually quite an impressive body meterial WHEN DONE RIGHT.
