  • don't miss any meals... even just carry around some beef jerky or sumthin... whenever you skip meals your body has an insulin response and that will mess you up

  • Ok i believe im losin weight, last week i weighed lik 218, i weighed myself an now i weigh like 210, hahaha this low carb shit works, i wanted to know if i ate fried chicken only on sundays would it affect my diet if i started? please someone let me know, Fried chicken is my fav food an i havent had any on a while i used to only eat it on sundays when my mom cooks it maybe 2 thighs an a leg

  • OMG!!! I am soooo proud of you!! You've lost a lot of weight. That's fantastic! Personally...I think you should eat the fried chicken on Sundays. If I get a salad and it has breaded chicken on it...I will still eat it! So enjoy yourself this Sunday!! :)

  • Umm...in the past I have! Like eating chicken nuggets or something like that. I just didn't eat too many. Always fill up on tons of veggies!

  • it's good that you analyse what you could have done differently, which is this case is to eat breakfast. the most important thing from my point of view is to analyse to find out what worked. what would be the point if you had result but don't know why. To slim down I had to completely cut anything salty, well, actually, anything that contains sodium, even if not salty in the mouth. Keep analysing and trying different thing. And keep believing it's achievable, because it is.

    and i also found out the two reasons with my weight snuggles are occurring!

    1. ADD.... getting on meds Thursday for it. my video explains it.

    2. Water.... I simply do not drink much of it so my body stores everything, so I bought water pills. lols

    so will do a weigh in over the next few days. <3

  • way to go! you are very right with needing to eat breakfast. i know first hand how easy it is to skip meals when on atkins or low carb then eating a lot once the hunger strikes. have you tried the ketone sticks, if not they are a great way to see how well you are staying a track! good luck and keep up the good work!

  • Congrats on the loss. I eat one meal a day, I find it easier to do. Weird how we are all so different because I am not starving during the day. Guess I am just used to it. I love the empty feeling.

    Try green beans in a meat/tomato sauce. I like it so much better than zucchini which I find has to much water.

  • 2 lbs is good! You should be really proud. Yeah don't skip ur meals because I know actually how u feel when I skip meals by the time 9 or 10 pm comes around i want to eat everything in the house! Plus eating throughout the day keeps your metabolism going so make sure u eat and that ur some what full when you do! But good job on ur weight loss and come by and look at my videos.   • Hey. I just realized we are the same weight! I am at 216 today (up one pound from a few days ago). I am going to be watching your videos close and see if that helps motiviate me! You should eat something small every 1.5 hours (that is what I try to do!).

    boil egg, yogurt and bananna for breafest, 2 table spoons of apple sider vinegar before lunch and dinner, cabbage soup for lunch and dinner.
