Would you rather have the aweful Met-Ring by Schenk? the settings the costumes, it totally lacks the psychological depth and insight which the modern productions CAN give us, though there are productions that don't make sense at all, but this Rheingold is NOT one of those lousy ones! IT'S GREAT!!!!

In my opinion this is a great Rheingold. The Alberich and Loge are awesome!

bella musica, bravi cantanti ,ottima direzione ottima l'orchestra ma la regia....
