It is extremely easy to do a monkey... Try searching for UrbanCurrent in channels. They have tutorials on pretty much anything that is vital to learn. Such as rolls, or how to perfect them.

David Belle is the founding Father of parkour but i think you're right because David Belle followed on from his father and developed it further. David Belle's father fought in Vietnam but i'm still not sure what's right.
