Barrabas is a spanish rock band and this was a big hit in the NYC disco's in 1974 I know because I lived it and danced to this at the world famous Garage, Funk Factory, The garden, Orange Peel, Martinque, and a host of other discos of that era. Do check out Hi-Jack too it an awsome song.

Barabbas had a unique sound. They were part of the latin music scene also. Santana doesn't own the sound,...he just happened to mainstream it. I think tunes like on the road again,...and a few other disco feel songs kind of does the band an injustice. I like how they fused latin rock/funk/soul. Casanova & Chicco are good examples of what the Barabbas were really about.
