Pain's stronger than Itachi, Blizzard. There were some things he avoided doing when he fought Naruto, that would've killed him easily. He'd just need to keep his eyes shut if he had ever fought Itachi.
Pain DIDN'T hold back when he fought naruto. His strongest attack was Chibaku Tensei and he used it at a level he had never used before (konan sais that). And rinnegan IS the most powerful doujutsu, and as such, it defenitely has a way to battle the sharingan. the difference in power can only be compared in actual fighting so don't just say it. Those scrolls 4th was using. . . Well gaiden says he used them to teleport to the place where Kakashi's kunai was. Just to be sure he will appear in the right place, because he was too far from Kakashi's team. Not like he needs those scrolls for each teleportation.

Things are NOT so straight as they seem... it's true that itachi was already sick when he fought sasuke but still... when a battle pushes him to the end he develops...
and now itachi divided his (great) powers among SASUKE and NARUTO. both have powers to find out and they will continue to evolve. also, strength is not everything. Anyone who claim to like anime must know that there are other things that change the outcome of all the battles.

2. The only person able to fail Madara's project, were the only person stronger then Madara, and that was Itachi.
3. Itachi gave Madara an ultimatum, which means Madara would have to accept the deal, or he would be killed by Itachi.
4. So when Itachi is stronger then Nagato's boss, then Nagato would be no match for Itachi.

Pain DIDN'T hold back when he fought naruto. His strongest attack was Chibaku Tensei and he used it at a level he had never used before (konan sais that). And rinnegan IS the most powerful doujutsu, and as such, it defenitely has a way to battle the sharingan. the difference in power can only be compared in actual fighting so don't just say it. He broke through it as 8-tails. And it wasn't exactly him. And Shizune just got her soul ripped out, Naruto being stronger, same thing could happen to him, but Pain didn't kill him when he could, because he needed him alive. Naruto's my favorite character, but come on. I know he got far stronger than anyone in the village, but he can't beat Pain at his full strength yet, but that shouldn't be a problem, as Pain is much older. You don't make as much sense as you think.

For sasuke's abilities, THEIR ALL ONE HIT KILL combined with SPEED and its UNBLOCKABLE, and he can use it more than itachi could.
Its still going to be interesting if they fight. Naruto might have the upperhand, but sasuke is just beginning to test out his new MS.

kakashi knew somewhat of his abilities...pain knew of kakashis....and u could have warned sasuke all u wanted would have been the same...suigetsu warned sasuke of his swords...and power look wat happened he still got whooped..+ it was 4 on 1...naruto was 1 on 7...madara warned pain of naruto as well as tsunade...madara warned him of his new power and jutsu....they have been tracking him for how long they know his ablilites...+ pain fought sage jiraiya so he knew sage mode as well

kakashi didnt know of pains abilities before they for while they were fighting he figured them out on died in the process and pain didnt know naruto knew sage mode but he new of it and naruto uses sage mode better then jiraiya , jiraiya need the toads on his shoulders to use sage mode and madara really didnt say much about naruto just tate he beat kakazu and the 9 tails thats it suigetsu said some thing about his swords when sauke was about to get hit so he really coulnt react in time

i read up on the 4th Flying Thunder God technique. he needs a scroll to use his speed he raps a small scroll around his kunai and throws it where ever it hit he instantly moves there compared to madara speed its not even compared so the 4th need those scrolls to move at light speed unlike madar who can do it without it and the body flicker technique is no where near as fast as the other too madara doesnt have that and plus it leaves smoke behind which spacetime does not

Those scrolls 4th was using. . . Well gaiden says he used them to teleport to the place where Kakashi's kunai was. Just to be sure he will appear in the right place, because he was too far from Kakashi's team. Not like he needs those scrolls for each teleportation.
