When I don't want a border or something on the stamp, I mask it with masking tape. Then, ink the stamp and then remove it. That way, no ink will be on what I want.
Try it, the border should be easy. Cute card.

Cute card, You could of masked of border of stamp inked with colour u wanted, then removed mask and stamp. x
