The Daniel Fast is the truth! I did the Daniel Fast to try and get closer to the Lord and he completely turned my life around!!! I would recommend it to any and everyone. I only drank water for my first week, my second week is fruit/veggie juice and week 3 is fruit/veggies. I am doing it for spiritual reasons as well, but I am shrinking!
