Totally admirable. I love it. There is a selfless purity about this woman's Bach that's extraordinarily touching. She makes of herself a perfect vehicle for the music. It's never the other way 'round, as it is so many times with the brilliant-but-wildly-eccentric Glenn Gould.

Nevertheless, my favorite performance of the Chromatic Fantasy and Fugue remains the historic recording by Wanda Landowska which is majestic, passionate, vivid and powerful beyond compare.

I have never heard this piece played which such a degree of perfection. This is absolute perfection. I feel embarrased to confess that until now I did not know of the existence of this wonderful pianist, musician and artist. God bless her.
