@artyfarty Let's face it we didn't know that the global recession strikes Australia. It wouldn't be any different or even worse if liberals won the election 3 years ago. However, i do think if liberals won Last election, it would be different, considering all insane governings from Gillard's labour party.
well - nearly 3 years past , we didn't vote liberals in, we voted labour and what have we got ? MORE OF THE SAME BS !!! the promised 6% pay rise for the nurses was cut to 2% , yet the politicians gave themselves 9% pay rise !!! cues in hospitals got longer , some wards even got closed permanently ! and all that time polies are debating on a price of a new hospital (ie: south austraila) for months on end !!! sometimes I wander where their real priorities lay.
Ask the better-off Canadians how American health care "does not work". Then ask the poor Canadians how they're doing. btq Michael Moore gets debunked every time. What does a morbidly obese man care about healthcare? He cares about your money. Buy his movies.
Why has nobody pointed out that if Howard loses his marginal seat, but the Coalition wins then Costello WILL be our Prime Minister on Sunday. This is really a three way election and the voters of Bennelong have a big part to play in this.
