  • pinakasimpleng luto ng pusit para wag kau mag away at pinakamasarap parin na simple,,... e-gisa lng ung pusit with camatis,,... u know what i mean,,.. recipe and steps,,.. 1st painitin kunting mantika 2nd lagay ang bawang at sibuyas 3rd ilagay ang pusit at camatis at lagyan ng kunting tubig lng then timplahan,,.. SIMPLE

  • I love all your posts. And ang narration sa background, superb. A rendition of this dish in kapampangan is that they use laurel leaves instead of tomato, and add green chili.

  • @boyvirac napansin kong lahat ng adobong pusit video dito sa youtube na di katulad ng paraan mo, pinipintasan mo at tinawag mong sinigang. paki "share" na nga lang idol yung mas "magaling" na paraan mo ng pagluluto ng adobong pusit at gusto ko ring malaman.

  • @decriz ganito tol, igisa mo ang pusit sa maraming luya, tapos takpan mo at hayaan mong kumulo hanggang maluto na mga around 2 minutes, tapos itapon mo ang sabaw o salain mo. Tapos magpainit ka ng mantika, then idagdag mo na ang pusit, sibuyas pabilog ang hiwa, berdeng sili at timplasan ng toyo, paminta at kung maalat kunting suka. ok reply ka pag masarap

  • hi! I like panlasang pinoy.. i also love adobong pusit.. its nice to see different versions on how to cook them... i thickened mine with cornstarch slurry, and lastly I add leeks .. Keep on cooking!! :) YUMM
