the lastest version does not lag, but unfortunately this is a old version. The latest version runs higher than 60+ fps.

you have to cache the rom first

I got it working, I know you have to cache it. I just didn't put that US MvsC file in the ROM folder.

Hey, where did you download the ROM and Emu for this to run? Everyone ROM I try on that Capcom CP2 doesn't load. MvsC.. I can only get Children of the Atom working.. O_o

nah its not lagging for me. I set frameskip to 0, i prefer the smooth animations over framerates. Although I am getting a consistant ~35-40 fps. And the controls are suffient, just that the super moves are hard to execute due to the button response.

have you tried messing with the framskip and sorts to lower the lag?
