The engines sound so loud from outside even if the plane is high in the air . However from inside the plane itself, it quieter. How do they reduce sound so much internally?

@geezafrombrum , reverse thrust is always super loud, helps the plane slow down on the runway faster, it wouldn't be as loud while in ordinary flight.

I like to see some tests run on passengers onboard aircraft to see what the effects of cabin pressure and oxygen levels whilst flying. I also would like to see an analysis of cabin air contaminants and air quality. so far they tell us that everything is within the safety limits but you never get to see any actual analysis data of what exactly it does to the body

Well the biggest difference would be the length. 777-300 is longer then the 777-200.

777-300ER and 777-200LR have raked wingtips. The ER and LR versions generally have bigger engines.
