@ibassbarbarian ALSO kind funny i've been kinda drinkin on whiskey before i made my remark earlier. you sippin tequilla as well haha. but the fact of the matter is that the Chevelle just wasnt built (from the factory) to be a high-displacement drag car. like you said: it was meant to be an all-purpose, extremely lightwieght block chassis car. economical / beautiful. great automobile, dont get me wrong. but just because a car has 2 more cylinders doesnt mean that those cylinders arent smaller :)
